Chaga Boost Coffee is a thoughtfully crafted blend made right here at Maple Hills Homestead. Our chaga is ethically harvested during the winter months, when the forest is at rest, then carefully dried and ground before being blended with rich French roast coffee beans.
This blend features a 40% ground chaga to 60% ground coffee ratio, creating a smooth, deeply roasted cup with earthy undertones that complement the bold character of French roast coffee. The result is a balanced brew that feels intentional and rooted in place.

How to Brew Brew Chaga Boost Coffee just as you would your regular ground coffee.
Use 1–2 tablespoons per cup, adjusting to taste

Brew with freshly boiled water and enjoy black or with milk and sweetener of choice
For best flavour, store in a cool, dry place and use fresh water when brewing.
